It was established in 2005, and was joint venture with Singapore in 2007. We set up one Elec-manufactory in Ningbo, and have offices or branches in Tianjin, Beijing, Changchun, Luoyang and Singapore.

There are 4 Departments: Solder Dept., Equip Dept., Industry Dept. and International Trading Dept. Solder Dept. mainly is agent of Senju, such as solder wire, solder paste, solder bar, solder ball, and flux, and other consumable such as cleaning paper for steel net, strap, forced in SMT, scissor, and tools sword. Equipment Dept. mainly is agent of OXFORD, The products include RoHS tester, PA line, storage equip, coating measurement equipment and others environment tester such as X-ray tester, humidity, ovens, steam ager, and thermal shock chambers. Industry Dept. is in charge of semiconductor, powerfactory, petro, petrochemical, water-processing, FGT, and pharmacy, acting as many agents such as Parker, Malema, DK-LOK, Kuze, Asflow, Pre-vent, Tuthill, SLTC. International Dept. does business between China and Japan and US/Europe.
